I go to the gym at least 3 times a week, max 5 times in the mornings for 30 minute sessions-I go to a gym called "curves" designed with a special rutine to loose weigh. Unfortunately, I am losing weigh only in my butt, legs but my body trunk is not getting thin...thus I feel completely despoportioned---this really concerns me, I do not want to have a carrot shaped body-PLEASE HELP ME!!

I suggest you to apoint a trainer and get special exercise to get your body in proper shape.

I thought that Curves hired trainers to help you.

I do know if you do intense (feel the burn) exercises, that the muscles that you use that way will get the fat transfered to them so that they have instant energy for the next time. The muscles that you don't want to "bulk up" have to balance between enough exercise to burn off the fat that is there, but not so much that your body transfers more fat there.

Is the body trunk abdominal part?

It's also genetics. First one you gain is the last one you're going to lose.

don't worry your body will eventually catch up to your legs, just remember that eating healthy foods is what makes your waist slI'm down, so im going to recommend the special k diet, I'm sure you've seen the commercial, its works... good luck!
