first find out if she already involved with someone if not ask her if she would like to go out with u then if all goes well then go for the million dollar question of the evening and ask her to be your gf........show her a good time so that she'll say yes

You have to take her out on some dates and then you can ask her to be exclusive to you and not see other people, unless you are in highscool and if thats the case, what, you carry her books around and things like that and then just ask her to be your girlfriend,

I would try dating for a while because you don't want to get into a relationship then find out that there's something wrong with em, for example psyco, lol. Just take it slow.
