I have been dancing for 20 years and am lucky to have only suffered one serious injury. However, I am currently having some hip issues.

I used to "cheat" my turnout when I was younger because I have very flexible ankles and double-jointed knees, so it looked like I was turned out but I wasn't really. I know... I was stupid kid. My one regret.

As I got older, I tried to improve my turnout but it's harder when your older and although I have been working steadily on it for years I feel like in the past 5 or so has been when I've gotten it right.

About a month ago, my right hip started to bother me a little. It was a bit "creaky".I have been icing it and using a ball to work it out, and it felt a little better for a while... just stiff. It got really bad recently, so bad I can barely walk after classes.

I'm going to the orthopedist next Thursday (1st appt. they had!) but I wanted to see if anyone else has had trouble with their hips and see what you thought I could do until Thursday.

Okay, so for two years I've searched the internet for this song and I still can't find it. The song has a pop/rock sound to it. And in the chorus, the man says "What's it gonna be?" The song has a guitar playing slowly in the background, and I'm pretty sure this song was made in the late 90's. Whenever I try to to search for it "Bryan Adams" comes up or some old rock group. Rap artists have come up also. But that's not it! Grrr! If anyone knows about this song, please give me the correct name and artist. Thanks :)

even after I get an adequate amount of rest, I have bags and circles. Any good products or tricks to help perk them up? I get so sick of hearing...gosh Jess, you look so tired or aren't you feeling well. I am 28 and I feel like I look 10 yrs older! I have worked this shift for 6 years though, so I don't expect to look perfect by any means.

We had A BBQ with friends the other week ,
And We bought all the food as you do...

And the boys went off to get some drinks , we will call them bob and david.
So bob forgets his wallet and my partner david pays for the drinks , Bob says he will pay him back , David wasnt bothered....
he figured we were the hosts we could supply all the drinks as well ,
Anyway they get back home bob does not offer the money back , we didnt really care...
No where near the end of the night our friends bob and korinna decide to go home and take a $40.00 unopened bottle of booze with them! they didnt even tell us they were taking it , didnt pay for it , And when asked we were told to come and take the half drunk bottle cause they had no money. That wasnt the princible.....
they seem to think they have done nothing wrong???

I absoutley despise my boyfriends family! ive been with him for 2 years..im 20 hes 23..and i love his mom, dad, and brothers..but his grandparents are terrible..they are so judgemental and make me feel so uncomfortable when im there..i get sick to my stomach when we go there on holidays..my boyfriend even feels the same way! and i know the holidays are coming up soon..help! grandparents are supposed to be nice!

You see I have to stay w/my parents for a few months and I have to use my dads computer. If I down load IM from Yahoo will he be able to see it? I had my period on 9-1-06 and ended 9-6-06 and i haven't my period since then why is that? Before i got on the shot i had regular period and when i was on the shot i had regular periods. I'm looking for one that I can learn to quilt on mostly, so I need something that will work well with the layers of fabric. I was thinking of the Brother XL3500t or the White 1730. I think it would be a good idea to get one with the extension table on it, but I also want to get one that has more features than just a basic machine so I won't be buying another one in a few years, after I finally learn it. Does anyone have any comments about this?
