Okay, so for two years I've searched the internet for this song and I still can't find it. The song has a pop/rock sound to it. And in the chorus, the man says "What's it gonna be?" The song has a guitar playing slowly in the background, and I'm pretty sure this song was made in the late 90's. Whenever I try to to search for it "Bryan Adams" comes up or some old rock group. Rap artists have come up also. But that's not it! Grrr! If anyone knows about this song, please give me the correct name and artist. Thanks :)

I know of a song that's kinda similar to what you are describing.
'How's it gonna be' (I'm pretty sure that's the name of the song) by Third Eye Blind.

yea im thinkin Dont Let Go By Envogue too....it has a guitar playing slow in it....but if you say a man said it...i guess its wrong...hope i helped....i tried
