What are the health benefits of using vinegar (not white)? One of my friends was telling me that she read that vinegar can help your body and cure things in many different ways, whether by ingesting a few teaspoons a day or wiping it on affected areas of your body, etc.

I am wondering if it is required by law to carry some sort of identification on you at all times. Even when you're not driving. Can you for example be ticketed for not carrying identification in case you were ever questioned by a police officer for any reason?

I am personally from Ontario, Canada so would love to know the rule in my own province. But post answers describing your own state (US) / province (Canada). I would like to know.

Does any1 have any mg numbers on the ingrediants such as Taurine, Inositl, the B vitamins etc...? Cuz quite frankly I like to see some arginine in my energy drinks along with at least 1500 mg of Taurine, anything less is unacceptable. Personally I like something from Japan called Lipovitan (Ripobitan) that's the strongest stuff I've ever had, better then Rock Star, Red Bull, Full Throttle, Lost, and my personal American favorite Monster. Can Cocaine really compete with any of the above, or do you guys think its all a name gimmick.

i have to give an informative speech on where dreams originate from and i'm really nervous because i'm kind of unprepared.

People need to grow up and let others have their opinions. My question about concern for our southern border was removed becasue it was "offensive". It only shows that very few people love America anymore because they don't care if people come in an make it a third world country. Does anyone else on here still love America? It is still the greatest country but we really deserve to lose our freedom and have our country brought down and turned into a sewer because our residents no longer want freedom, so we deserve to be destroyed and it is only by God's grace that he has'nt done it yet but it will probably happen soon and sadly we deserve it. I have been married to my verbally/emotionally abusive husband for 12 years. We're both 34 with 2 young children ages 6 and 4. Our marriage has been extremely abusive and he is horrible when he is enraged. We have been separated off and on several times but now he is back at home and has finally agreed to go to marriage counseling and everything. He claims that he wants to change and he loves me. He has said all of this before but continues to lie about things, (he has a p.o. box that he thinks i don't know about, his porn collection, etc.) Mind you his father and brother have both cursed me out and he doesn't take up for me and says that I deserve it. I have been going to counseling for myself and I have gotten stronger. I always thought that what I wanted was for him to change so that I could be happy. I've realized in his many absences that I am happy without him also. I just feel like I'm pretending because I still don't trust him and find it very difficult to forgive and forget.
