It's not only black, and there are more people dying there hair black than you think.

Um, I've seen pretty "goths".
Why...Its thier personal prefrence? Sometimes black hair looks really good on some people. There's nothing wrong with it. It's pretty on some people. Maybe they're experimenting, or like said, it's probably a secene/emo trend..there's all kinds of reasons.. like, you know, they want to.

Well, the color black gives a dark, soothing, calm, and sexy appearance I guess. Not that I love my hair (I dont' love my hair.) And what's with the pretty girls, I guess it's called a TREND!

People have been dyeing their hair unnaturally blonde for years. Black is pretty much the opposite. Maybe we're finally approaching Blonde Burnout.

Because black is the new black. lol....but seriously, they did a study and found out that brunettes get hit on a lot more than blondes do. Most guys prefer chicks with brunette or dark hair...it's hott,.

BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL !!! i just dyed mine actually with red and purple highlights.....i just like to be a little different though, stray away from the normal and go do somthing fun!! that could be it.
