You should be regulating your breath while running as well. In through the nose out through the mouth. As well as hydrating yourself regularly. Good old water best way to go.

you need liquid with high oxygen content like oxidized water sold in the groceries.the intake of vitamin e will improve your performance but preferring squalene capsule is better cause it provides oxygen to your blood and serves as powerful antioxidant and at the same time repair any damaged tissues.

Are you astmatic? If you are, you should take a puff before starting to run ... it'll help reduce the breathlessness ...

If you are normal, then you should consciously regulate your beath when you run. You should be exercising at a rate that you could still talk in the midst of it ...

drink a bunch of beer before you run. you won't be able to tell if you're out of breath because you'll be so drunk :)
