i need a way to make sure my arm is up...beofre i hit the volleyball.. becasue my arm never looks like im "pulling back an bow and arrow" whats something i can do to make it a habit?

WWCR is a Tennesee Christian radio station who's stirred up conserversy by airing a man who wrote a book entitled "The Hitler We Loved And Why" and another man who stated over the airwaves that Jews are the children of Satan and that African-Americans are "mud people". Also this Christian radio station was sued for fasley accusing someone of being a child molester, WWCR lost the suit.

Lying in bed with you, and you're nude in the bed with them, illegal if found? I am watching Law and Order SVU now, and this is the situation on there. A lesbian couple have a little daughter whom they adopted, and they have pictures of her in bed with them and they were naked. The little girl is about 8 I believe. Anyway, their excuse is that the little girl has a negative self body image, and that they're trying to show her that she is beautiful, and convince her to not be ashamed of her body. Currently I'm in college and taking spanish. I know its going to be useful later on in life and on the job. But I'm not real interested in spanish. I've been taking it since 7th grade and still can't speak it that good. But I've always had a intrest in japanese, mainly because I think My ears are more intune to it than spanish. I say that because I watch a lot of anime on youtube and its in japanese with subtitles.
So should I try and learn both or just choose one over the other?
What can I do to improve my spanish and learn it better?
