i've been doing this UNITENTIONALLY for the past 2 weeks and i've noticed that i've lost some weight from doing this...is it bad for you cause if it is, then im most certain to stop...thankz

Yes, its bad for you. You're not getting the nutrients you need. Plus your body has probably kicked into starve mode. starve mode is when your body eats its own muscle and stores fat because its not getting enough food and nutrients. So most of the weight you lost is muscle. Plus you might end up binging like this. So please stop. If you want to lose weight, 3 meals and 3 small snacks is actually best and keeps your body burning those calories!

Yes it is bad. Your body is designed to have a constant fuel source. What happens when you don't eat is the body goes into starvation mode and begins burning muscle instead of fat to preserve itself. It also lowers your blood sugar which causes any number of problems. The best way to eat is 6 small good meals a day. This keeps your blood sugar level and its easier to lose weight as long as you don't eat too much. Three meals a day is the very least, but eat something. If you don't have an appetite then you should see your doctor. Good Luck.

Yes, as a matter of fact you need 3 meals a day at least: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sure, you might have lost weight already but you also lost energy and you probably feel like crap. Now think there are better diet plans that will help you lose even more weight than you are losing now and they let you eat 3 meals a day and you don't lose energy. Doesn't that sound better than what you are doing to yourself already?? Good luck!!

Well as you continue to just eat breakfast your body will do the opposite of lose weight. Your body will slow down metabolism and store all it can as fat for energy. You will see a weight increase eventually. It is also not healthy to eat one meal per day. Your body needs the nutrients and food for energy. Try to eat something at lunch and dinner even if it is something small and healthy.

Eating ONLY breakfast is bad for you! Your body will go into survival mode and shut down your metabolism and when you start eating properly again you will gain weight because your metabolism has slowed down too much!

Yes, it is bad for you. Your body believes you are starving it, and will soon start shutting down certain functions to reserve energy and calories. You'll become very ill. Kidneys won't put out much either.

id think it is people say its bad that i only eat a apple a day.but in never hungry.and if i eat alot i puke lol so ya

It is definitely bad for you and with lack of nutrition, your hair will start falling out
