If the holly spirit is God / Part of God .. please explain this:

Joh 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak on his authotity ; but whatsoever, he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.

How come GOD shall not speak on his authority but whatsoever, he shall hear, that shall he speak: ?

It seems Jesus is talking about a prophet to come after him.

We own a duplex in California. We live in one part and rent about 1/3 of the property as a separate apt. On our federal taxes return, we take 1/3 of our property taxes and mortgage interest as rental expenses, and the remaining 2/3 as Schedule A deductions off our regular income. It is my understanding that this is the ordinary way of assigning these expenses and deductions.

With the expenses in Calif of mortgage interest and property taxes, we are showing a net loss on the rental income. However, as our adjusted gross income is over $150,000 we cannot take this passive loss against other non-passive income sources, so it is carried forward until we have a profit we can subtract it from.

My question is: can I take the entire mortgage interest and prop tax payments as personal income deductions, rather than rental expenses? That way I will see some immediate reduction in my taxes, versus some future tax reduction for my rental profits.

Is this “legal,” or even sensible?

They are all incredible awesome and beautiful! And you are very handsome and special. The pictures with you in them are so fascination that I felt shocked when I saw them. I saw into them and had strong feeling about them. Feeling like each single piece of them has a touching story behind. I view each of them thoughtfully when I look at them. take a look at these links and tell me this is ok, i am really saddened that these babies have to feel the pain just because of the mothers selfishness.
i don't believe abortion is right in any event not even for rape or because something is wrong with the baby, in both cases its not the childs fault yet they are the ones that have suffer the consequenses.
if something is wrong with the child then u are putting conditions on your love when a parents love is supposed t be unconditonal, i am speaking from experience on both cases, i have been there and done that and NOT aborting my babies was the best thing i could have done.

I bought a Caravan on 8-21-06 At Starrs car In Perry Ohio I drove it off the lot and 22 miles later the engine light came on I went back and Jason the salesman checked the codes and had said it was a sensor bad they did change it and I drove 122 miles and the same thing happen Starrs Car changed the 2nd sensor Then I drove 1300 miles and it stopped shifting codes were showing sensor Jason said to leave it with them and they would take it to a transmission shop well I did it was left on 9-29-06 and I rented a car from them. I called the trans. shop on 10-05-06 and Rich said their was nothing wrong with it he said to pick it up and drive it and see what happens Starrs car took me to pick it up after I paid 97.00 for the rental! I drove it 27 miles and the engine lite is on and Shifts really hard to rhe lower gears I owe 7,000 and made one payment and 750 down. Is their anything i can do to get my loses back?

My husband and I will be relocating to NYC soon. He will be working in lower Manhattan on the west side. Therefore we are also looking at places to live in New Jersey, we would like around a 30 -45 minute or so commute max. if that's possible. We will be looking to rent at first.
