This is something you really need to discuss with a physician. A retroverted uterus doesn't prevent conception, but may or may not cause complications during the pregnancy.
However, PCOS may affect fertility. Again, you need to address your concerns with your primary care provider, because every case is different.

As much as I like Yahoo! Answers, use caution in seeking medical advice. University and government sites are good.

my cousin was just diagnosed with PCOS and I'm pretty sure I also have it, I just have yet to be diagnosed. infertility scares me to death. However her and her husband are trying to have a baby right now, I think the sooner you try the more likely you are to get pregnant, considering that PCOS can lead to infertility. She is on a million and one drugs right now, to help her get pregnant, but I know it will be worth it once she does.

Do not give up hope, when couples try and try and try, they usually end up getting pregnant at the least expectant time, when they relieve the stress and dont try.

I also know that if you tense up and get stressed about it, it could cause you not go get pregnant right away. So try to calm down and get unstressed.

Good luck with everything, I'm sure that your time will come!
