Where did the distinctive southern drawl found in the southern states of the US come from? My guess is that lots of Australians emigrated to and populated the southern states and their accent evolved into what is today.

I'm talking to my ex boyfriend... yesterday i had to show my lamb in Dallas State Fair and well i called him to tell him how i done will i was about to leave and i had to let him go and well when getting off the phone i almost said "I love you" he is the first guy i had ever said that to and i still really care about him. well i called him back and we were talking and he got really quiet and i asked what he was doing and he said thinking then i asked what he was think about saying i love you to me and i hadn't even told him that i almost said it... well the reason why he is my ex is because he cheated on me... i really want to have a relationship with him but i'm scared that i'm goin to get hurt if i go back with him... What should i do should i go back with him after i forgave him and he has amitted to making to mistake and says a lot of things that make me feel special like no one has ever made me feel? or should i just forget about him and think of what could have been?

I have done customer service type of jobs in most of my work history, I am looking for a slight change. I would like a job that gives me that competitive cust srvc pay and if I aim over the top I can earn commission. Please help me on careers or companies that have this. Not looking for a straight sales job, because we all know that if there are no sales, then there will be no job.

On application forms now, you cant advertise for some one with experience. You also cant ask for details of their last job as this can show an applicants age and the times out of work. This last sentence means you cant find out if an applicant is suitable for the post. Everyone can apply, meaning endless interveiws for someone who has never done the job-mainly schools in each case. If a suitable candidate cannot be found the processs starts again!. This will cost schools, avertising for posts, thousands of pounds a year.
Also, all new applicants must bring with them to an interveiw, all relevent copies of certificates from their education, aswell as nvq's and such. All copies cost £33 to produce - EACH!!!. And your age is plastered all over them.
Education, education, education...I think someone somewhere needs a few extra lessons after school....

I want to make an html email newletter and I keep reading that you only need to paste the completed html into the email and use absolute links. However, I have tried creating a newsletter through Yahoo and all it does is print the html in the recepient's email. Here is my test code using an absolute link to an image and some text. Can any one help me figure out why this method is not working?
