Yeah, what the heck is pivis.? If you mean the pelvic bone.

Pelvic bone : ring of bone forming the skeleton of the pelvis, supporting the vertebral column and resting upon the inferior members, composed of the two hip bones, the sacrum, and the coccyx This pelvic inlet is impt in childbrith. This area opens up to allow baby's head to descend into the vaginal canal .

Or if you mean PID, that's for pelvic infammatory disease. It's a form of sexually transmitted disease.
