my girlfriend is a virgin (19 years old), i'm not (22 years old).
we've been together 5 months. when i tried to talk about sex she became very nervous and scared (couldn't hold her cigarette with fingers). i just didn't know what to say after that. we really love each other. i don't want me to look like a fool who has been with her just for sex. what should i do? what should i say to her to make her feel better about that? Has some broken parts in the machine for some time, also, we have had some difficulty shutting the door for over a year now - finally, the hot water has stopped circulating inside the unit. My husband wants to pay for a repairman but I am not so sure that it's worth it.

Why is it that women who work in offices as clerical help or receptionists feel that they have a right to a management or sales position if a manager or sales rep leaves? They were hired for the positions they applied for and agreed to work for what they are getting paid. Most have little to no education, no practical business experience and no contacts. Why are they always complaining?

2 years ago a friend and I had a Baby Shower for another friend and I made most of the food and decorated the house. My friend just provided the house and the games and we went half on the Carne Asada. Well the girl that was pregnant never, till this day has told me thanks or send me a card. I found out that she did send out thank you cards to everybody that went to the shower except me, till this day I'm hurt with her. I do talk to her still but I'm a little hurt with her because she never said Thank you for doing this for me, or something. So my question is, should I still be hurt, get over it, or talk to her and let her know how I feel? Please be honest with me of what i should do. I won't get hurt if you tell me to get over it. Thank You so much!!!!!!
