I think I have the flu...should I stay at work or go home?

I have a lot to do today but woke up aching, sore muscles, sore throat, headache etc etc. I want to go home and take Nyquil and sleep but feel like I should be here slaving away.

Since I am incapable of thinking clearly, I will do whatever the majority says on here.

Carrots???

I had some carrots cooked by a relation from Canada some time ago and I have never known them taste so good, I have no idea how he did them but they were sweet and buttery, he will not share the recipe but didnt know if it was a Canadian thing, might help if I tell you his Mother was danish...

what to do /how to react to such friends?

im doing my 2nd year in coll. my friends come to me 1ly when they need help and they leave me after their work is over they don't even care about me. what should i do with these people should i help them or not. how should i react to such people. is it same with others or 1ly to me its like this? tell me a good suggestion plz.. thanks.

my friend was telling me today that the state maintained colleges in germany are free all u gotta do is learn german something like that.....so i'm just wondering if any of u know the truth about this and if it is true are there any other countrys in europe that do the same. thank u

What would you advise?

I have been married for less than a year. One day, i checked one of my husband's equiptment cases and it was locked. apparently i had been having terrible thoughts about it coz it was always locked and the keys hidden. When i opened it, i found condoms staffed under the equiptment . I havent asked him up to now, am just a little confussed. I knew him for 2 years before we got marrieed in which we never had protected sex so am just wondering lwhy he would keep condoms. sometime last year, i found condoms in his car's glove compatment and he just told me he got them from a toilet and was going to give some friends. The same condoms are the ones i have found. Please advise me. i dont know what to do or to think.

An oldie naughty joke bit long but worth a laugh - ratings pls.?

The wedding date was set and the groom's three pals, a carpenter, an electrician, and a dentist, were deciding what pranks to play on the couple on their wedding night.
The carpenter decided that he would saw the legs off their bed. The electrician figured that wiring the bed with alternating current would give them a few jerks.
The dentist would not tell the others what he had done, simply suggesting that his gag would be a memorable one.
The wedding and reception went as planned. A few days later, each of the groom's three friends received a letter which read as follows.
'Dear friends,
We didn't mind the bed legs being sawed. The electric shock was only a minor setback. But, I swear, I'm going to kill the b*sta*d who put Novocain in the K-Y Jelly.'
("Novocain" is a local anesthetic that produces a loss of feeling and u all know what is KY Jelly)

Did I do the right thing ... i you had someone you loved so much?

I had a friend thats from another country UAE. Her name is Nisha V. She and I started off as friends, and then well were intimate for months. Then attempted friendship again... shes now in Ala attending Montevello.. ( i thinkI spelled that right.) well anyway. She doesnt remember alot of stuff that happened between us which hurts cause I even protected her from some idiate room mates and their friends, and even dinner at times. Because of a condition she has she doesnt remember things. Well, everytime I speak to her I mean, I know I said Id be there if I can when she needs me and I will. But it hurts my heart SO much cause I cant have her for my own. She is DEFINETLY wife material, and well cause of the pain, thats why I finally broke off our friendship she'll never know how much I Loved her thats a real painful truth. But well, I was wondering was I over reacting? When I did break off our friendship.
