im 5'2 & 137 lbs. im trying to lose weight, except its not really working!

i walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes 4 days a week, && in gym i run 1/4 a mile everyday. i do 10 push ups a day and 50 crunches (i am not that good at push ups). i try to increase on that, but its really hard! i get tired to easily!

as for dieting, thats kinda hard for me. but this is what i try...

breakfast---milk and honey nut cheerios, peanut butter sandwhich.

lunch--sandwhich (PBJ, chicken & mayo) or a tortilla roll , (which is refried beans, sour cream, && cheese wrapped in a tortilla) & 1 nutrition bar (NutriGrain)

dinner--whatever mom makes, normally indian.

snacks--a lot of random stuff.

Basically, my problem is portion control & what to eat. someone please give me a diet plan and exercize plan. i want to do this the right way, not with tablets or anything..

also, how much should i lose?

MEXICO CITY (AP) -- President Vicente Fox's spokesman said Tuesday that an extended U.S. border fence was "useless and unworkable," and he predicted that the two countries would reach some form of immigration accord "sooner or later."

In a diplomatic note sent to the United States on Monday, Mexico harshly criticized a U.S. Senate vote authorizing 700 miles of new fencing along the border. The project will cost an estimated $1.2 billion.

It must be signed into law by President Bush, and Mexico is lobbying him to veto it.

Presidential spokesman Ruben Aguilar said Mexico still wants comprehensive immigration reform that would allow more people to migrate to the United States legally.
Aguilar said the border fence would affect the environment and ecology, and even the reproduction of some species.

But he said Mexico had no plans to file the kind of environmental lawsuit that was used to temporarily block another big U.S. border project, the lining of the All-American Canal, just north of the U.S.-Mexico border. The irrigation canal delivers Colorado River water to farms in California's Imperial Valley.

A 23-mile section of the canal has leaked river water into a groundwater aquifer shared with Mexico for decades, and plaintiffs in the case claimed that farmers and wildlife south of the border now depend on the seepage.

U.S. authorities want to line the earthen structure with concrete to save water. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in August ordered work on the canal to stop while an appeal is heard in a lawsuit aimed at blocking the project.

"For the moment, a measure like the one used in the case of the All-American Canal is not being contemplated," Aguilar said.

My husband killed a deer last winter, and we had the head in the deep freeze until he could get it mounted. Sometime the outlet we had it plugged into went out. The head had already thawed out by the time we found it, and boy is it funky. Does anyone have any idea how to get that awful smell out. I have tried bleach, baking soda, letting it air out for about a month. Nothing I have tried has worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You know how you remember Steve Urkel from Family Matters, and Mork from Mork & Mindy, Screech from Saved by the Bell, and Alf from Alf, because they stood out so much that you practically don't remember anyone else from those shows?

I'm trying to remember characters like that - except from kid's cartoons, etc.

I am currently doing webdesign class for my college evening class which I hope to get online March 2007. I am creating a website on peoples weird obsessions/collections, 3 sections kids/teens/adults. Popular debate in psychology and sociology classes I have taken.

I personally believe it is a combination of the two, that neither play more of a role than the other over all. But ofcourse there are people who one is more dominant than the other with.

for ex. Nature- birth defects
Nurture- people who are locked in a room their whole life, abused,
ect.
