I am currently doing webdesign class for my college evening class which I hope to get online March 2007. I am creating a website on peoples weird obsessions/collections, 3 sections kids/teens/adults. I would be grateful for anyone of you good people for stories & pictures. I won't print any personal details apart from first name, age, city (unless you say ok) & no pictures of kids. I would need info like : how it started, why, how long had obessions/collection, what do family/friends think of it? has it got you into trouble?

I collect hedgehogs... not really obsessed with it though... think I got somewhere between 200 & 300 :P And I started collecting about 3 1/2 years ago...
At first it was a challenge to find any in shops... but then collections began to appear... like the Country Artists Hedgies... and cuddly hedgehogs from Steiff... It's hard to resist buying any, eventhough there's plenty of other expenses, especially if it's a really cool or cute one... But I don't go scourging through Europe just to find a special one...
Mind you, we got some special ones, like a Japanese hedgehog teapot... can't find a picture of it anywhere online though, so can't really show it... It's a teapot in the shape of a hedgehog (so not just an image of one on it), with on the lid a small ladybug...

I'm sorry but I don't have anything for you to use. But if you want inspiration, I can tell you what my most visited site on the interweb would be if only someone would create it?!
Ford car history! An outline of the company itself with archive pictures and/or videos of every car they've ever made. Searchable by model/year/special edition etc...
I get really annoyed with people who don't know the difference between a markI and MarkII ANYTHING made by ford and it would be great to have a site to go to to settle arguments quickly!
Plus, without internet proof, how many people not in the know would believe they once made 400bhp+ Capri's with mere 1.4 engines?
Please build this site!
