im 5'2 & 137 lbs. im trying to lose weight, except its not really working!

i walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes 4 days a week, && in gym i run 1/4 a mile everyday. i do 10 push ups a day and 50 crunches (i am not that good at push ups). i try to increase on that, but its really hard! i get tired to easily!

as for dieting, thats kinda hard for me. but this is what i try...

breakfast---milk and honey nut cheerios, peanut butter sandwhich.

lunch--sandwhich (PBJ, chicken & mayo) or a tortilla roll , (which is refried beans, sour cream, && cheese wrapped in a tortilla) & 1 nutrition bar (NutriGrain)

dinner--whatever mom makes, normally indian.

snacks--a lot of random stuff.

Basically, my problem is portion control & what to eat. someone please give me a diet plan and exercize plan. i want to do this the right way, not with tablets or anything..

also, how much should i lose?

Peanutbutter, mayo, sour cream .... are very fat.
I lost 20 pounds in 5 month (without a diet) and I hold it since 7 years.
I eat everything accept: french fries, mayo, coke, bread with sugar in it ......
I eat 1 candy bar every day - slow - to enjoy it.
Start with a salad before a meal and serve your food on a small plate instead on a large one. So the plate looks full, but you don't eat so much. Eat slow and you will see you will be full but not have a belly feeling like a balloon.
When you buy food, look for the ingredients. Don't use diet coke or sugarfree food because they have aspartam in it to make it sweet. They normaly use Aspartam for pigs to make them look more fat and this is what it does to us. When you eat sugar the body can burn it.
And keep on working out - that's very important to loose weight.
It takes a while but it works.
Good luck!

I observed the ebook to be very informative and convenient to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too swiftly. I will admit I have not adopted the advisor precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however typically) and doing little or no undertaking, however the weight maintains flying off. It naturally works and if I'd adopted it precisely I suppose it could scare the dwelling daylights out of me since of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the know-how. I've in no way bought something like this earlier than since they're by and large stuffed with trash, however 3WD has been a high-quality shock. Get began in these days!

Random stuff as snacks is not going to help...eat fruit or veggies for snacks or.........
Switch to whole grains (cereals, breads and pastas). for meals and .......for snacks......eat a bowl of high fiber cereal and soy or low fat cow's milk OR an english muffin with a SMALL amount of peanut butter (a very thin layer)..It is filling and is low in fat. Try eating off a smaller plate at lunch and dinner (like a salad plate), and dont EVER take a second helping of anything. High fiber foods are great for curbing hunger pains...drink plenty of water, and do NOT eat too few calories a day..your body will hold onto the fat instead of lose it!!!!
Try walking for at least 30 mins a day..i recommend Walk away the pounds by Leslie sansone....you can do it at home and if you get the ones with the resistance (stretchie) band, it's also a strength training workout.
there are several charts to help you figure out how much you need to lose....concentrate instead on your BMI (body mass index).
Remember, how you feel is a better indicator of if you're doing the best for your body than any scale!

Try the Souper Soup Diet (a version of the Cabbage Soup Diet) at lillieross.com. You can sign up to receive the diet for free & they will also email you diet tips Tu-F each week. This diet really works...I have used it several times; especially when I wanted to lose fast. In fact, I’m on it now and have lost 14.5 lbs since last Monday.

or

Try the Fiber One Diet:
1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3 x day (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)
Exercise 30 minutes each day
Note: This diet keeps you very regular (bms)

GOOD LUCK!
