I'm talking pre-Spongebob, here, please.
You know how you remember Steve Urkel from Family Matters, and Mork from Mork & Mindy, Screech from Saved by the Bell, and Alf from Alf, because they stood out so much that you practically don't remember anyone else from those shows?
I'm trying to remember characters like that - except from kid's cartoons, etc.

The movie RETURN TO OZ, the crazy lady with different heads! That really freaked me out! Also, the scary deformed guy from the GOONIES!
