You would have to break the fractions into common denominators. I think would be 28 so this might help you a little bit.

5 ¼ ÷ 2 2/7 = 21/4 ÷ 16/7
= 21/4 × 7/16
= 147/64
=2 19/64

change each mixed number into an improper fraction.
21/4 divided by 16/7. Then dont forget to flip 16/7 into 7/16. Now Multiply. 147/64 reduces to 2 19/64.
