It seem that almost everything you do, you are instructed at a very young age, child, youth, teenager, young adult, etc. by peers, family, teachers, police, etc. to be polite, kind, show respect.
Regarding the law, i think for the most part, the laws are simple and straight forward. dont steal, dont punch, etc. I have no problem with those.
But what i have found with society, is that being polite, land you at the back of the line for just about anything. If you are aggressive, rude, loud, etc. that will get you what you want with the cell phone operator, will get you out of a parking ticket in court, will keep people from cutting in front of you in line.
People that dont do this, end up paying full charges, at the back of the line, and let people cut in front of them, and in general being taken advantage of.
Any opinions on this?
