Yes, just as long as the person in the front seat is a licensed driver over the age of 21. It doesn't matter who is in the back seats. But just don't forget about curfew, they will write you and whoever else a ticket for curfew violation.

In Ohio I believe you can't have anyone as your licensed driver other than a parent until you're 16.
Check your permit papers, it should have the info there. If not, check the bureau of motor vehicle website for your state.

I think family members are the only minors allowed in CA.
