For all of you who don't know, gay men and women who have had sex with gay men are banned from giving blood. Women are only banned for 12 months, but gay men are banned indefinitely.
I am currently writing the FDA to complain about the discrimination facing gay men so if anyone has any resources to help, it would be appreciated. I would encourage you to write the FDA as well. Any resources/law material would be very helpful!

Ok this is a spin off of the age old question dorm or no dorm. I'm a 31 year old female going to a major university for the first time. It is far from my home, would I be accepted in a dorm or should I try it or not. I love to be around people, and I love to do all kinds of new things. A question for Mr. Heart Doctor of course,who is starting to make a name for himself.
I have 2 friends, I would never trade the world for them. However,
my female friend is attracting me more and more. I can hardly shake my thoughts from her. The three of us have ran around for about 8 years. She and I were once more than friends. I tried again to act upon that about a year and a half ago, but she hesitated and pulled away. Now this year, I have been the one hesitating, not sure what my feelings were. We have been seeing each other on again off again for 3 years without a commitment to one another. I can't take it anymore, I want to be together and committed. The main reason he hasn't committed to me is my son. The fact that I have a child scares him. But, when I have told him I would walk because he has to accept my son and I, my son is a part of me! Then, he back pedals and starts telling me that my son isn't that big of deal, and maybe one day we will be in a committed relationship...my head is spinning. I've had a Muslim tell me it's about Jesus profecying about Muhammed. I think Counselor could mean, Paul or anyone. And didn't Muhammed contradict what Jesus said? And why do you go by that one verse that Jesus said and not all other verses in the Gospels, like "I am the Way the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me," and any others where he says he is the Savior?

Please don't tell me that you only believe Jesus was a prophet and not the Messiah. Because if someone is a prophet, then don't you want to know what he said? And Jesus clearly said he was the son of God. You can't know all the things Jesus said, and claim him to be a prophet and call him a liar. He either was who he said he was, or he's not.
