The realestate market in my city has hit an all time high. Because of this the cost of rental houses has also gone up. The market is now balancing off and slowly starting to go down again. My question is, will the cost of rental places also start to go down or now that there has been a precident set, will they stay high?

HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION!

So you meet these weird people on the street and they tell you that they have $10,000 for YOU, but on one condition. They will blindfold you, take you to an undisclosed location in NYC where you will be taken to an empty room save for the naked person with a paper bag over their head (could be either gender, whatever you prefer). You must have sex with this person (you are guaranteed to not know them) and whether or not you use protection is your choice - and by the way, the bag stays on. Once it is confirmed that you have slept with this person, you will be given a briefcase with the money in it and you can go on your merry way.

So...can you be bought??? Would you sleep with a random person that you've never met and who has a bag over their head for $10,000???

I know many people do not believe that a greater being exist, but have never heard one explain LIFE. How is it possible that life can come from non-life. Why can't man create life in a labratory? When I go walking, my hands swell; what causes this? I don't ever remember it happening during the winter. Is the heat related or is something wrong with me.

It becomes very uncomfortable while I am walking, so much so, that I have to put my hands up in the air while walking (people probably think I am crazy or something).

It begins after about 5 minutes of walking.

Can anyone tell what the problem is?

I am 32 years old. I have been married for 13 years. Our love life is better than it has ever been, but I have some concerns. I am able to reach orgasm much more often now. Often times, I will orgasm and have a "gush" of fluid. I know that this is suppose to be normal, but I am questioning whether I am also gushing urine. The amount of fluid/lubricant seems to be a lot. I have also had frequent Urinary Tract Infections, and I am wondering if I should be concerned that there is a medical problem. Everyday I go to school with a bunch of people that think exactly the same, act basically the same, it's driving me insane. Those people are all friendly with me and we joke together, you know, the whole close group thing(well it's a class of twenty). I love them, but I never tell anybody what I really think all the time, not one of them really knows me.
