My mom's birthday is coming up and I'm looking for suggestions on gift ideas.

How about a day of rest.....Clean the house, ( have some of your friends help you)..cook or take her out to dinner. Do some of the
things she has to do everyday...laundry,......
I know I really would love that.
If she does not have one...a crock pot....She can put the food in to cook in the morning, and wala..Supper will be ready at nite.
Also, if she has time, any certain kind of books she likes.
One other, is maybe a lounging pajamas...If she does not have to go out for the day, she puts them on, and can greet anyone coming in the door. They really make some beautiful ones.
My daughter in law and son, purchased me on that looks like
a beautiful gown, and another...pants and top..tiger print...beautiful and comfortable.
You're a wonderful daughter or son, to ask. She has a great
child. you!!

A favorite gift my children give me is a movie ticket gift certificate and also a gift cert to a resturant. Not anyplace fancy.

there is someplace that your mom always talks about going to, or something that she has really had her eye on for awhile. Do that thing for her. I wanted to go to RENO ever since I turned 21. I am turning 50, and my daughter took me just a few months ago.
One year, when I didn't have a VCR, my son rented one, and rented FOREST GUMP for me.
Anything that is really from your heart- that is what your mother will appreciate.

when a person loves another person the first should show great respect in every situation even that person is wrong (My thinking)
you should give her a gift which she has not seen ever in her life or she wants that thing or she struggle for that thing in her whole life.

nicely it cant be that not common once you think of of it this way... she a woman, your a woman... what do women prefer... you will desire to get her the movie what women prefer lol or books, handbags, framed paintings that reminds you of a particular time, according to probability your individual framed paintings, spa present certificates are great, handle her to night out for dinner with your dad or your self at her generic eating place besides the record can circulate on yet dont overlook the flowers, all of us love them

My current favorite is the Picture coffee mug from Starbucks.
I made color copies of photos of us and put it on the tall cup with great positive sayings. Its kinda craftsy...but its MOM....come on they did that sorta stuff!
