im starting to just give up. this guy at my school has a afro and a big nose, and when i tell my friends i think hes cute they say that guy would be freaking lucky to have me. i think im attractive, i think im nice. i deffinitly do not try to hard. but when my freinds say i should go out with a hott looking boy they always turn me down. and i have changed myself for somebody, but now im me. ive been me for about 5 years now. all my friends who are doing the wrong things in a relationship have a relationship. i guess i just have to speak up more??

What I mean is....my boy's friends enjoy being at our home, its not a problem or anything, I feel proud to have my boy's friends come in and relax.
My home is a hang out for some and it is kind of fun, if they get out of hand I ask them nicely to act right or leave.

If one gets arrested and signs a plea agreement without the presence of a defense lawyer, is that still binding ?

Oh ! another one. If an alleged accused individual takes a plea bargain offer and then changes his mind, can he appeal his sentence and rescind it ?

I found out recently that my wife has been with prostitutes on at least 3 seperate occasions. She has always had a curiosity about being with another woman and we have been open and honest with our discussions on the subject. She has confessed of all recently to me through her own guilt than through any cooertion from me. We have since split and have taken legal advice to commence divorce proceedings. She has done the same but has now told me that what she has done is legally not adultery, which to me does not make sense!?!

I would like to know your thoughts and any advice from anyone who is familiar with the law in this case.

Ladies in the UK who are trying to conceive, you can get cheaper ovulation and pregnancy kits in Quality Save. They may not always have them in but they do get deliveries every week.
Ovulation kits are £6.99 for a pack of 5 and pregnancy kits are on offer at the minute 2 for £1.50.
Chocolate is also a lot cheaper!!
