I wanted to be a Forrest Ranger ( I thought at the time they were the ones that planted all the trees in the Forrest) or a judge. For a while I wanted to be a farmer.
I thought I would make a good judge because I see both sides of issues but that fell out of favor for me because they have to deal with so many sad situations every day.
I am still not grown up at 39 but I do work -- in a distribution plant. I get to drive fork lifts that are about as old as you are.
Yeah for me!!! I am not a lawyer!!! Yeah!!!!!

I thought I'd be a lawyer or a teacher. Instead, I'm a full-time mom. Never would have called that one! Now, there's no way I want to teach a classroom of "other people's" kids. Law still interests me but not the schooling, or the money FOR the schooling, necessary to complete that goal. Plus, I would want to wait until my children are grown. Who knows? I busy myself with volunteering for now... oh, and YA.

When I was in elementary school, I wanted to be a policeman, a fireman and a truck driver. When I was in the 8th grade, I wanted to be an architect. When I was in the 11th grade, I wanted to be a graphic artist. When I made to college, I changed my major to Fine Art. Now, I am a janitor in a high school. I never finished my degree. This January I will be going back to school to finish my degree and study History Education. I guess it took longer to grow up than I thought.

I wanted to be an interior designer or social worker.
What I ended up doing was working for Swissair and British Airways for about 5 years[loved that job too] but currently am not working...decided that raising my twin girls was enough hard work!!

When I was a kid I wanted to be a deep sea diver. Or a submariner.
I eventually became something of a water shepherd; a water gardener/landscaper, aquarium builder and fish farmer.
Among other things.
So I kinda got close, eh?

I wanted to be a professional football player, but I'm a 5'4" female (and the Steelers wouldn't let me try out). I'm a Personal Fitness Consultant and I work with children who have behavior problems.

At first I wanted to be an astronaut, then a space scientist. Somewhere down the line my ambition changed to diplomat, then to civil servant and eventually archeologist. Now, naturally, I'm a writer.
