Last night I was outside enjoying the stars and a little lower in the sky I saw what I thought was a twinkling star. I looked a little longer and saw colors. I got my binoculars and this "star" was twinkling red, green and white lights. It was not a plane because in was in the same spot for over 20 minutes until the trees blocked my view. Any ideas? If it makes any difference, I believe it was in the North western sky in northern Westchester county in NY.
