MY Personal Background:
-I sleep at 10:30pm woke up at 7:30am
-i dont do drugs
-no space for me to do excersise
-i dont waste much time on computer and tv
-shower and face washing wont work on me
-Study time~4:00pm~6:00pm (7:00dinner) 8:00pm~9:30pm
-but i still feel sleepy when studing
-Im 16
HOW CAN I AVOID THIS SLEEPINESS?

My ex and I started talkin again this week. We broke up cuz we moved to fast...I want to date him, start there, he wants to start at zero and be friends and be a process. He tells me that he didn't want it to end he had to do it. That I am his first choice and he wants to see if I can be patient (I'm not very patient at all) But he's asking other girls on dates... He wants to see if I can be friends and go from there. He's had our pic up since we broke up and hasn't taken it down (I talk to his mom every so often) Well, when I went over to talk to him, the pic was no longer there. I talked to his mom the next day and it was up. She says she's never seen it down (she was asleep) So he took the pic down knowin I was comin over and I thought it would stay down, but he put it back up...what does that mean? He also got a tatoo a month after we broke up, in my lanuage, that I wrote him..He wants to start at 0 so I'm being friends, but he hasn't made an effort to me yet..be patient?

I have just found out that I am 4 weeks pregnant and I am so aware of any pain or cramp. I feel like Im going to go mad half of the time!
