Almost everyone judges - it's part of human nature. Most people make judgments all the time - it's just that some make better judgments than others.

We all judge. It's a necessary part of living. The challenge is to judge fairly. The Golden Rule is a great tool.

Sometimes the correct judgment is "I don't think this is something I have the right to decide for someone else." That's what most people mean when they say "Don't judge."

humility,
Judge what? You mean whatever it is you are trying to say?

Okay, how about if I don't judge anything for a whole day. I will go to my truck and use a stick to feel for the door. I can see the door, but who am I to judge how far away it is? So with the stick I will actually touch the door with the stick toi make sure that it is really there before I use my hand.

Now I can be very proud, I didn't judge. Looked like a complete idiot, but I am righteous, I did not judge! Yeah! Praise ME! I am so f'ing righteous in my own eyes!

Do you see what you open yourself up to when you don't say where it is you are coming from?

I am God, therefor, I judge the living and the dead. I am able to judge people, only If I know better.

Hey you should see the people in my school they judge everyone and are so mean. I mean theirs a special person in my school and they make fun of him and he's getting the good grades. I guess some people judge because they are jealous of others accomplishments.

Good question. What gives any one the right to judge anyone else?

I belive nobody has the right to judge others (unless its your job =) like a court judge) well like it says in the bible "who ever that is free of sin thow the first rock" sumthing like that.. well we all have mistakes and therefore nobody can judge what others do first see yourself =) God bless..

Depends on the subject on which I am asked to pass judgement. I am either a neophyte or an expert depending on the specific case. If I'm an expert, I'm qualified to judge those areas in which my expertise lies.

Wanna be more specific next time?

I judge all kinds of things, and anyone who says they don't is not being entirely honest. Why does judging get such a bad rap, anyway. If we don't judge things, how do we make choices?

Judging or Correcting ~~
When corrected, the person being corrected usually retorts with the Bible
quote from 1 Thessalonians 5: 19. "Quench not the Spirit,".

It is sad that they do not read down to verse 21 to find "Prove all things"!

WE ARE TO BE VIGILANT, AND COMPARE ALL BELIEFS AND TEACHINGS

WITH THAT WHICH IS TAUGHT IN THE BIBLE!

We may "counter" with;

1 John 4: 1 "Try them..."

Romans 16: 17 "Mark them..."

Ephesians 5: 11 "Have no fellowship.."

1 Thessalonians 3: 6 "Withdraw thyself.."

2 John 10: 1 "Receive them not.."

2 Thessalonians 3: 13, 14 "Have no company with them.."

Thessalonians 3: 10 "Reject them.."

2 Corinthians 6: 17 "Be ye separate.."

Revelation 18: 4 "Come out.."

2 Corinthians 11: 13 "False Apostles transform themselves.."

2 Timothy 4: 2-4 "Reprove, Rebuke, Exhort.."

1 Peter 5: 8,9 " Be sober, Vigilant.."

Galatians 1: 8,9 "We or an angel from heaven preach.."

2 John 7: 8 "Many deceivers confess not.."

1 John 3-7 "If you walk in the light-we.."

Deuteronony 22: 9-11 "Do not sow diverse seed.."

Ezekiel 4: 3 "Have nothing to do with.."

Nehemiah 9:2 "separate selves from all .."

2 Corinthians 14, 15 " Be not unequally yoked.."

Matthew 7: 20 "Beware false prophets.."

Another comment from the person whose false teachings are being pointed out
is often from Matthew 7: 1 "Judge not, that ye be not judged."!

Let us go down to read Matthew 7: 5 ~ It clearly states that after you get yourself
"straightened out" you should indeed correct others!

We are plagued with false teachers. There are many on the

television screen being watched by millions.

It is sad to realize that it is they that the general public think are the true Christians

and that their twisted thoughts are what we believe and Christianity is all about.
