how has the economy play a role when it comes to people and credit cards. or better yet, how has credit cards effect the ecomony.

Credit cards boost the economy b/c people spend more freely.
Just like how loans boost the economy, can you imagine how many people would not own a home if they had to pay cash.

Credit Cards - Whooo Boy - My wallet is stuffed with them. I have my paycheck direct deposited. I haven't been in a bank in years. Withdraw money from a machine.
Harder to get robbed than if you carry cash.
More accessable wealth or borrowing power.
Even the fast food restaurants now accept them.

I would say that CC's have had a huge impact.
