About 3 months ago, as a one off, I paid a bill over the phone with my debit card. I did not give the company any authority to go back to my bank account a few months later and take money out...but this is what exactly they did and it left my account overdrawn.
I found out today that two unauthorised payments have been taken out of my account as Debit card payment.

The bank says, it has nothing to do with them because i gave my account details to this company.

The company says the deductions were due to computer error, but they wont refund my money or pay the bank charges.

Where do i stand?

I have a real painful ache in the back of my ankle when I walk uphill - I think it's my achilles tendon. I almost have to stop walking but I don't. When I reach level ground again, eventually it goes, but if I have to stop for any reason, it's really painful and I have to hop from one foot to the other to give the other foot a few seconds worth of rest.

I've only noticed this since I started a new job about a month ago and have to walk uphil to get home - it hasn't bothered me til now but I was wondering;

a) will it go eventually?
b) am I doing myself any damage?
c) any advice on how to stop this?

I have a friend that was going through a bad divorce or so we thought. I introduced her to my cousin and hit it off great, but we later find out that she isn't divorced that her hubby cancelled it because they are working it out hes a complete d*ckhead abusive to her badly anyways shes just playing games with my cousin because she tells him that her and her hubby are done and she wants to be with my cousin,but then she tells me that her and her hubby are working it out and she just wants to be friends with my cousin and in the mean time my cousin is in love with this s*ut and I feel responsible for him getting hurt by her because I introduced them.
