First off downloading music off the internet and not paying for it is illegal .Second there's a new smaller version of the Ipod shuffle the size of a matchbook available in a few days .Check out Apple's site

iPod Nano. It's small enough to fit in those tiny pockets in yoga pants, and you can get an armband. The Nano has a screen so you can pick and choose if you want. I put mine in the pocket of my hoodie so I don't have to worry about it during power walks.
