for those who don't know what TBS is, it's the band Taking Back Sunday, they're a great band, and my question is - What ever happened to that song? I haven't heard their song "MakeDamnSure" in forever.... will they ever make a new video, or something, I don't have their CD otherwise I would've been so concerned or anything. anyway....

I know all about the military and plan on enlisting as MP after I graduate High School, People (Recruiters at school and people on this site) have told me good jobs are in the Department of Defense after the Army in that MOS..What exactly is the Department of Defense (Im not a complete idiot on this subject but I just want to know the basics) and what kind of jobs does it offer?

One of two partners (partner A) changed the locks on the doors and bank accounts while the other was away. Partner A has taken 70% of the income (k1's) through draws. Partner A through deposition states he disolved the company by the end of 2005 but continues to write checks from the new bank account of the business owned by both partners A and B. (although it is under the company they both owned only partner A has his name on it as a signer, partner B has no access at all to these monies). Partner A wrote checks (from that account) to his new company for large sums of money and then again to himself in march of 2006. He incorporated and says dissolved by Dec 2005 without distributing the monies evenly or correctly.

Partner B is interested if the thresshold for embezzlement has been reached and if a criminal complaint could be filed? police station or District Attorneys office?

please help. i contacted ryn. he is the person that helps me with my problem. but he hasn't replied back. i hate my life. my problem is getting out of controll. i hear noises in my bedroom like someone singing. and i think it's my sisters sometimes but i try to tickle them but they are asleep so it can't be them and i hear my bethroom door shut and open again really fast so i fled downstairs i have asked a question two days ago to say if it was normal to see or hear things that i don't want to some siad it was a gift. i hate my life. i wish i was normal. sometimes i get so depressed that i block my ears and sing to myself so the noises will go away. i can't tell my parents. the wouldn't understand and they wouldn't listen and that means they wouldn't take me to a doctor, that's when i met ryn. i knew he would try to help. i cry every night. i hate being alone. and i hate my life. i hear my parents voice echo sometimes whats wrong with me! i think i see spirits. ryn said i do. pls help!
