The Father gave us His Word, Jesus Christ, to give sight to the blind, and to open the ears of the deaf. Jesus Christ did work many miracles as well.
To give sight to the blind and open the ears of the deaf means that those that would accept would know for certain that He was indeed the promised Messiah.

The answer is no.
The Bible says that he came not to build but to destroy. The Gospels imply Jesus' mission was threefold. 1. To initiate a new covenant with man. 2. To provide a path to salvation through his death. 3. To chastise the Pharisees for losing their path, and for holding the process of religion above the purpose of religion, which was to honor God. The miracle healings discussed in the Bible all had deeper significance that to simply relieve pain and suffering. The were at their core simply teaching tools. Educational references. Jesus had no problem letting people suffer otherwise. Ask why Jesus waited until Lazarus died, 3 days after, to raise him when his family suffered and Jesus had advance knowledge of the problem? Or why Jesus only cured one lame man at Bethesda instead of all of them.

Jesus cured every type of illness and infirmity when he was on earth which was just a fore gleam of what he will do in the future, in Jehovah's new system of things soon to arrive Jesus will do on a grander scale what he had done earlier except it will be permanent and he will bring all back to perfection as King of God's Messianic Kingdom now ruling. Jesus Christ is the angelic son of God and is also known in heaven as Michael but not any other man.

No. Jesus came to restore us to a proper relationship with our Creator, God and make eternal life possible for everyone.
He did, however, heal the sick in His ministry in order to show that He was ineed, just as He claimed - the Son of the Living God - both fully man yet fully God in the flesh.
When Jesus and/or His disciples healed, people were healed fully and instantaneously, unlike many who claim the power of healing today. Otherwise no one would have believed Him.

There was never an incident in the Bible where someone sought healing of any kind that Jesus refused. He is indeed the Great Physician to those who ask in faith.

For prohets, having special abilities to do miracles are something really exists. All of prophets have miracles that suits the kind of poeple they were brought to.
Miracles are enabled to all prophets to prove to the poeple that he was sent to them that Allah ( God ) is real. People that time do not believe in Allah cause they used to believe in what is limitied around their human senses, but with prophets, many of them could see really things their senses couldn't reach to see.
Talking to animals, curing diseases, knowing the hidden matters, changing the stick to a snake, .....etc. are simple example of such miracles.
All prophets have miracles, this means that we can't call Eisa ( Jesus ) as God, cause, then, we have only two choices, One: all of prophets are gods, which is unrational, and Two: Jesus is not a god, he is prophet like his other brothers in prophecy.

He did in Bible times to show he can and will.
He will in the near future on earth.
Mat 5:5 "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.
Rev 21:4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away."

Jesus came with healing for all. But some will be healed here on earth and some in Glory(heaven).
In Jesus name alone there is power.

Jesus came to this earth as fleshly man for one purpose and one purpose only.
That was to pay the price for our disobedience (sins).
The things that he did while here such as curing the sick and raising the dead were simply part of his ministry to physically prove he was who and what he said he was and is.

Didn't Jesus say he only came for the Jews?
10:5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: (10:5-6)
