It's the old lady down the street she lure the cats in to her yard and feeds them fish! The cats get hooked on fish and catnip and become addicts who just need another fix! I think she has 100 or so may even be more! LOL

my next door neighhbor!!!!
she's a very old lady and has new full grown cats EVERYDAY!!! It's kinda creepy, how one day you'll see one cat, the next day three, the next day seven, and on and on and on and on and on and on.....
