Everyone listen! minxcool10 happens to be my daughter who's just 11yrs old. If u don't believe me then I'll get her to write u 2morrow. I can't believe she thought she couldn't talk to me as I've always encouraged her and her sisters to tell me ANYTHING. Anyway we have now spoken about it. She's in bed now and I've spent the last hour tryin to find exactly what she said on yahoo. Thankyou to everyone who has gave her some advice. Every kid I know inc me when I was younger hears and sees things that aren't really there. Maybe I will take her to the docs though. One answer among others that sucks is the idiot who said they got bored reading halfway through minxs problem. Your a pratt! This was a young girl asking for help and all you did was mock. anyway to nearly all the others who answered in a sympathetic way, thanx again. From dusk33-parent of minxcool10. p.s. Parents who read this, encourage your own kids to tell you anything, even show them this page. I feel really bad that my child has been suffering like this and would rather tell complete strangers her problem. Tonight I just knew something was up and in the end she told me. I'm glad though that she didnt bottle everything up and at least told you guys to begin with. I wish she'd of told ME though but like I said, at least she told SOMEONE. Some of you have gave some good advice which I shall probably follow up. OH! And she doesn't need Ryn! But thanx to him/her anyway. PPS. Ellie 29uk! Why don't YOU find a window and do US the favour?! And anyone ELSE who gave stupid, negative anwers!

You don't see 'spirits' because they don't exist.
You sound very confused, but sometimes the mind plays tricks on us, especially at night, when the house is quiet we think we can hear things that aren't there. This is quite normal.
However if you hear unusual noises or voices a lot, and this happens when you are awake as well as half asleep, it is worthwhile contacting your doctor. Ryn, whoever he is, is probably not the best person to talk to about this. You need to calm down and if you're really bothered, like I said, go and see your doctor. Good luck.

I know what you mean!
Just try to focus on something else, listen to some music.
Talk to someone you can trust, Ryn seems nice and really cares about you!
Maybe you're stressed or anxious at the moment that's why you feel like you hear or see things.
It will go away as soon as you figured out what the problem is.

1. Your sisters could be singing to tease you, and pretending to be asleep to confuse you. Sad but true, sisters can be your worst enemy as well as your best friend.
2. Sounds like you are having too much caffeine, coffee, tea, cola, orange squash and takeaways. None of these please. Fresh fruit and maybe a multivitamin tablet.
3. If you are still stuck with the homework thing, get hold of some cdroms from the Times GCSE series you can do them at home yourself without teachers. Look on ebay.
4. A plant called rosemary will help you. Hold a piece of it in your hand and rub your hands together, then smell it. It will calm you in this stressful time, and dispel wandering spirits.

If you can not tell your parents, find an adult you can trust (an teacher or lecturer), you are getting a lot of confusing advice here from people you do not know, who seem to want to glamourise what is happening to you, but you are clearly having a hard time! The things you describe are not unique to you, and treatment is available that will remove a lot of the misery and depression you are feeling.
Are you not telling your parents because you feel ashamed? Don't be! Get help! You are worth it.

Who is ryn hun? Did you meet him on here.? Anyway, i think you may need to see a doctor. Yes, you might have the gift, but you keep saying you hate your life, and that is not good, you sound so depressed to me. Go to the doc sweetie, tell him what you have told us, but keep talking on here as well, it will help you, and let us know how you get on. Good luck!!!

who is "ryn" by the way?
anyway... it's hard to tell what you are currently suffering right now. eventhough i've had paranormal encounters, im a "science person" it's just hard for me to understand what the paranormal is all about but i will try my best to answer this question as openly as possible.
it could be that you do have a "gift" and honestly, i don't know how to advise people with "gifts" -- but i do think that you are beating yourself too much... that you just hate yourself a lot. have you ever tried asking yourself why do you hate yourself so much? what is it that enrages you? what makes you angry and hate yourself?
as for telling your parents. i still think you should talk to them about it, tell them your fears... and if they don't believe you or they take you for granted -- try speaking to a trusted adult. somebody who will listen to you. tell them the truth -- most adults would often sense that you are telling the truth. and if you have proven your point, hopefully that adult will back you up and speak to your parents about your fears.

If that bloke ryn has gave you an answer on here, I'd be careful if I was you, he looks a total freakhead. How old are you,? go to the docs on your own if need be and they can put you in touch with a psychiatrist. Please don't listen to anyone unqualfied, you need professional help, not some wierdo.

yes, spirits do exist, as it is mentioned in Quran.
but first you should see a doctor, preferably a psychiatrist, and also an ENT specialist to rule out any cause of hallucinations.
certain drugs also cause hallucinations.
Jinnat (the word used for spirits) do exist. there are 3 kinds of species according to Islam, Humans, Angels and Jinnat.
Humans are made of clay, Angels are made of light (noor) and Jinnat are made of fire. Just like humans Jinnat are also good and bad, they can tease humans.
If after seeing medical doctors, your problem still exists, then do contact some religious Islamic scholar.
There is a verse called AYAT-UL-KURSI that we muslims pray, and we believe that it saves us from such evil spirits.

I am very sorry you are going through a bad time. Please go and see a doctor who will work out what is wrong. You may need medication to help you feel better. It is nothing to be scared of. The doctor, with your permission, may talk to your parents and tell them how desperate you feel. You will get over this and lead a happy life, but now, you need help. Good Luck.
