i found out from somebody that after 2008 you have to be 18 to have a licsence. is this true? and if it is, how did you find out? and is there a website?

i went to the Dr's yesterday for a physical. He prescribed me some generic antibiotics when i asked him that i wanted the name brand stuff he told me that there was no difference. I told him i didnt care and i wanted the name brand stuff and he continued to tell me no that the generic stuff will do. Why did he deny me my right for a premium brand medicine can he legaly do that to me?

For example I am a 26 year old Voluptuous Puerto Rican Female and the guy I'm seeing is 20, Black and Thin. Where I am rather outgoing he is very quiet and reserved...we are basic opposites. But I'm also the most happiest, content and sexually satisfied that I've ever been and he say's the same...but I have the sneaky suspicion that people (friends, family and co-workers) are laughing at us? Long story short, Nancy Grace is a legal analysts for CNN. She was questioning a 21 year old mother about the disappearance of the mother's child. The mother is obviously distraught during the interview, but Nancy Grace is literally interrogating this young mother as if she's being tried by Judge and Jury. After the interview, it was learned that the 21 year old mother took a shot gun and shot herself in the head. Very tragic. Any thoughts?
