I tried it and it is truly creepy. Maybe it's not on purpose, but still weird.

* The lyric 'Balanced on the biggest wave' coincides with Dorothy's balancing act on the fence
* 'On the Run' starts as Dorothy falls off the fence
* Chimes and Bells start ringing as the Wicked Witch appears riding her bicycle.
* During the 'Time' guitar solo, the fortune teller's sign is shown with the words "Past Present and Future"
* The Great Gig in the Sky has many incidents:
o The tornado is shown in the background as the words 'I'm am not frightened of dying' are said
o The drums start right as the wind really picks up and blows the trees from their roots.
o The singer calms down right as Dorothy is knocked unconsious by the window
o 'Great Gig in the Sky' is still playing as the house flies in the tornado
* Side 1 of the album (vinyl) is exactly as long as the black & white portion of the film
* The cash register in Money is heard right as color is seen in Oz (money = color)
* Incidents in 'Us and Them':
o The ballerinas enter on 'Us, us, us, us'
o One ballerina seems to lip sync 'ordinary men'
o Three men enter on 'Me, me, me'
o One kid's jerking motions are in sync with the music
o 'Forward he cried' is sung as Dorothy looks turns to face forward
o The Wicked Witch appears on 'Black, black'
o On 'Blue, blue, blue,' the camera switches to Dorothy (in her blue dress)
o 'And who knows which is which and who is who' is sung right when the Wicked Witch of the West looks at the recently killed Wicked Witch of the East. Note the play on words "Which is Which" vs "Witch is Witch"
o The Witch is up a the platform on 'Up, up' and then walks down on 'Down, down, down'
o As 'And in the End' is sung, the Wicked Witch of the East disappears
o On 'Out, out, out,' the good Witch of the North leaves
* 'Brain Damage' plays as the Scarecrow sings 'If I Only Had a Brain'
* Heartbeat heard at the end of the album is heard as Dorothy listens at the Tin Man's chest

You can find it on the net already syncronized. Try torrentz.com
Also Siamese Dream by Smashing Pumpkins goes with the Disney movie Fantasia. You can find it at the same site.

If you begin the album on the third roar of the MGM lion (using the NTSC version of the movie, not the 25 fps PAL version which runs a little over 4% faster) the coincidences include (but are not limited to):
The line "balanced on the biggest wave" comes as Dorothy balances on the fence.
The song "On the Run" starts as Dorothy falls off the fence.
"The Great Gig in the Sky" begins when the tornado first appears.
The song "Us and Them" is played when Dorothy meets the Wicked Witch of the West.
The line "black and blue" is repeated when they are talking to one another (Dorothy in her blue outfit, the Wicked Witch in black).
The line "the lunatic is on the grass..." coincides with Dorothy meeting the Scarecrow.
When we first see Miss Gulch on her bicycle, the song "Time" starts with its bellDorothy asks Professor Marvel what else he sees in his crystal ball as the line "thought I'd something more to say" comes along in the song "Time".
As the Scarecrow sings "If I Only Had a Brain", Pink Floyd sing "Brain Damage".
Side 1 of the original vinyl album (up to the end of "The Great Gig in the Sky") is exactly as long as the black and white portion of the film.
As Dorothy listens to the Tin Man's chest, the album ends with the famous heartbeat sound effect.
s and alarms.

I've tried it. I think all these things that Daniel E mentioned are just coincidences. After all, as Dark Side makes abundantly clear, "everything under the sun is in tune" when you're on acid. If you give me enough drugs, I'll sync up any movie with any album!

I still want to try it out some time. I heard you can do The Beatles White Album to Rosemary's Baby.

Dark Side of the Moon is one of the most boring popular records. I can't stand Pink Floyd.
