I haven't heard anything new on the case but based on the story, the Lawyer will rot in prison. If the dead man is found to have molested the child then that's a different thing, but as of now there is no evidence proving that he did. The only thing is the childs testimony, but no physical evidence. Another thing to note is that the presumed molestor didn't have a criminal record linking him to any sexual or child abuse. The child's dad acted irrationally and he will pay for it now. What do you think?

Hi,

I'm here in Munich,Germany working as delegate on work permit accompany with my wife.
I'm getting my salary here in Germany after deduction of income tax.
I'm going back to my home country by the end of September-06. (My delegation starts on 05-07-2006)

here are my few queries regarding Income Tax Return in Germany -----

1) As my stay here in Germany is less than 180 days, Is I'm entitled to get tax refund from the tax office in Germany?
2) As I stay in Germany less than 180 days......Do I get 100% tax refund?
3) I'm from India and Germany has double taxation treaty with India, so what is the tax refund process?
4) What documents I would need to get the tax refund?
5) What is the time to file a tax refund in Germany (end of the year-06.....December)?
6) Is I need to be here in Germany in person or you can file Tax return for me?

Hello Dear Friend,
Me and my wife will be in Kuala Lumpur(Hotel Quality City Center-Jalan Raja Laut) from September 19 till September 26 2006 for fist visit of Malaysia. I have 3 Question.

1-I am looking for theatres to see traditional dance Show or have the sense of hearing any live folklore music in KL.
I found 2 such Places:
1. National Theater Site: http://www.istanabudaya.gov.my/
With The address: Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.
2. Saloma Traditional Theatre Restaurant http://www.saloma.com.my
Within the vicinity of Malaysia Tourism Centre (MTC)
Can any of these tow places satisfy my above mentioned needs? If not; could you give me other addresses?

2-I'm also interested in traditional music, so I like to buy some CD or DVD of this kind (no pop music).
Would you do me a favor to find where I can purchase them?

When will the match begin?? In my country it's said that the match begin at 1 45 am. I live in Indonesia... Indonesia is earlier by 7 hours than London. If the kick off in the current time there is 8 45 pm... It's impossible it's starting at 1 45 right?? I saw in ESPN the match begin at 5 : 00 am HK. The difference betwen here and Hk is only 1 hour!!!!!

I have breast discomfort all during the month, in only one breast is this normal? I don't have lumps or any other symptoms like nipple discharge etc.. It sometimes feels like when you pull a muscle somewhere, but I realize there are not any muscles in the breast, but thats what it feels like most of the time, a pulled muscle, it will often feel heavy and like a sunburn pain occasially. It gets worse just before my period and goes away almost completely during the 5 days of my period and than after my period ends starts to bother again. My right breast is also a inch or so bigger than the left. Not sure why it's the right side only, if it were due to menstraution it would alternate I've been told. But I've always had problems with overies on my right side and my right side near the overie is where I get pains before and during my period. I'am 43 years old.

I have a table that contains sales order info. A sales order could have multiple records based on the different items ordered. Some items in a sales order could get delivered if available while other items in the same sales order could not be delivered. For those line items delivered in a sales order, there is a status column that shows "C" (for closed) and for those line items undelivered shows nothing. Ex:

Sales Order Item Status
908111 Cable C
908111 Transreceiver C
908111 Coaxial Cable
908112 Cable C
908112 Transreceiver C
908112 Coaxial Cable C

As you see above, sales order 908111 is not 100% delivered since the third line has no status but 908112 is 100% delivered. I've been trying to take the entire 908111 order and place it in a different table that shows partially delivered but haven't had luck. Can anyone help?

The Removal of Questions from this Forum ? A question of mine has been removed from this forum. Why ?

Two days ago I placed a question on this forum. It has been deleted by Yahoo Answers. Is the mere asking of a question fair and reasonable grounds for deleting it ?
The question was on religious freedom and liberty. It showed that Roman Catholicism is both intolerant of religious freedom and of the liberty of conscience - this contrary to the constitution of the USA - according to its own (papal) teachings. I was fined 9 points and my question was deleted. I have appealed. But is such action fair and reasonable ?
