I am currently a senior in high school. With college looming over the next bend, the financial aspect has become a major dillema. Does anyone have any advice for ways to raise money for college? As far strectched or creative as they may be? I try to read all the college finance tips, and am constantly looking for scholarships, but college is alot. My school is until 5:30 and because i travel i dont get home till late so i cant take a job. Any good ideas out there?

I'm talking to someone on instant messenger who lives 1000 miles away. I've never met this person in real life.

I smelled peanut butter. There is no peanut butter around me.

I asked this person if they were eating peanut butter.

This person said yes.

I'm just this guy, I don't believe in God, I don't take this as evidence of God, but I do take it as a possible evidence of a supernatural realm.

If the natural explanation is this person's brain wave was able to naturally trigger something in my brain, I wonder how that is possible.

Is it just a coincidence? Like maybe this person told me yesterday that they were going shopping, and one of the products people buy is peanut butter, and its natural to assume that from time to time people eat peanut butter?

I have £5000 to spend on holidays... I was going to go on holiday with my son to Mauritiusbor Tobago in October for 10 days , then take my friend to either Seville, Sardinia, Granda or Florence for one week in November leaving about £2500.
But... I feel guilty and am not sure if I shoud pay to send my mum and brother to St Lucia. My mum is always falling out with me for nothing [ e.g I went to pick her up from work about three weeks ago and was slightly late because of traffic, she walked off and has not spoken to me since.. my brother followed her lead and also stopped talking to me despite the fact I did nothing to him.. this seriously is whats happens with my mother] and this happens frequently. My birthday was yesterday and they did not even buy me a card....
Anyway I don't know whether to book the two holidays above and forget my family and then just book one for myself and be left feeling guilty or book one for them knowing they will fall out with me again eventually..

I admire people who always seem to say the right thing at the right time, while I go around shocking myself…and others…by the things that come out of my mouth. I am like a person walking backward, watching the results of my actions rather than looking forward anticipating them. While the “stop and think first before you speak” answer is great , most of life involves impromptu responses. Can this be corrected, or is this just my personality, and must I live with it?

I think Gin. and Gonzalez are gone next year. Smith is done, who is the next quaterback? We will still have a running game with the rookie Wells. We will be alright next year, but no Nationial Championship. ..This is our year for a shot at it....what do you think??

As someone who is going to college in one year I want to learn how to build my speech by incorporating vocab words. I do this in my writing- I am able to use many types of vocab words, like words that are on the SAT, but when it comes to me speaking I don't use these words that often, Especially in class. I try to make a point and it doesn't come out right, and I don't know what to do. Sometimes, however, when I am speaking to an adult I can speak the way that I wish- almost to the adult level of speech. This is all so confusing, but please help. If you have any advice or know of a paticular website that can help me that would be great.
