Is there such a thing as 'fated' ? Are we born with already a blueprint on how our life is fated to be ?

We carry the baggage of prior lifetimes with us. At points in our lives, we run into other souls of whom we have Karmic debts to settle. So fate is not an absolute script of life, but rather certain scenes in it are!

Yes, I do believe to some extent. A good fortune teller can predict thing accurately. I remembered nine years ago, a fortune teller predicted that my marriage will encounter some changes in 2006. I didn't believe during that time until this year. My husband was posted to China for two years starting from 2006 and I did not follow him as I didn't want to quit my job. Do you think it is coincident or fated?

I do beleive there are certain things we are meant to do. There is a big difference between Destiny and fate. Destiny are things you are meant to do fate are things that will happen no matter what. Examples: I may be destined to be a great singer and have a great singing voice, but if I dont persue it i will not become one. But My fate like everyone elses is to die. We all die at some point. that is our fate.
There are those alive I know of them and I am one (to an extent) who can fortell certain things and read people. This doesnt make me psychic this make my in tune with other people and their energies. Their spirit if you must.

I don't really believe in this sort of things coz I think we are the one who control our own lifes and not fates. if fortunte tellers say we have windfall for the month of August, are we going to buy lottery on the whole of August and wait until September then realised we spend a lot of money on lottery without recouping our losses
