I have been dieting for a year and have lost 77lb (5st 7lb). I have also been exercising regularly for the past few months, the problem is, where I was so overweight my tummy is like a deflated balloon, I have a crease where my tummy button is, I really want a flat tummy, even if it were a little rounded, i want it to be tight! I appreciate I'm never gonna be a size 6 (english sizes) but I would like to look toned and sleek! I'm a size 14 now but I want to be atleast a size 10! My doctor says that my stomach will return itself because I'm young, I'm only 21 so its not as if i have old wrinkly skin. Any tips?!
