I have been dieting for a year and have lost 77lb (5st 7lb). I have also been exercising regularly for the past few months, the problem is, where I was so overweight my tummy is like a deflated balloon, I have a crease where my tummy button is, I really want a flat tummy, even if it were a little rounded, i want it to be tight! I appreciate I'm never gonna be a size 6 (english sizes) but I would like to look toned and sleek! I'm a size 14 now but I want to be atleast a size 10! My doctor says that my stomach will return itself because I'm young, I'm only 21 so its not as if i have old wrinkly skin. Any tips?!

Listen to your doctor. Keep doing what you've been doing. You're lucky you are young because as you age, your skin looses elasticity and won't bounce back as well from the weight loss. Yours will - give it a bit more time. Congrats on your achievement.

Listen: you need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.

Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

1. Please have a habit of regular walk atleast 3 kilo meters per day and avoid fast food and oily food.
2. Take half stomach food, quarter with water and quarter with empty.
