Here is the situation in Beijing, many of my girl-friends just break up with their boyfriend because the boy don't have enough money to buy house.
It's very expensive to buy an apartment here in Beijing. I think if you love the boy, you should work hard together with the boy to have the ability to buy the house, not just choose some one who can buy a house. Is house more important than love? I meant you still have decades to live together with him and you two have time to make money together, and love is the most important thing in marriage.
Why are girls need so much. I myself a girl, but I can't understand them so much.

I have this friend here in Dunedin N/ Zealand,He has a wicked tallent on making clothes that also has a pretty cool name and logo.In the past he has made jeans and stuff for some other friends to what they exaclly want in a pair of clothing.What would be a good marking idea? does he go to stores around town eg. Cheapskates which are also nation-wide and try sell it to them or go at it alone? We reallise that it is if tough choice to make because if it becomes hudge he needs to set aside money for extra staff to keep up with product manafacturing,should he make up some clothing then see what other companies think that he could sell to,if it takes of it would end up being a brand like Vans,Converse,Rusty,Roxy.A group of us see the potential of it turning into a mainstream name.He doesn't plan on making it as expensive as the other names listed but of the same if not better quility,and will also make clothes to suit a customer like one of my friends wanted a pair of jeans with 16 pockets
