Blood in the pee is not normal. Urine is suppose to be clear or yellow. So if there is blood you can see something is wrong for sure....DEFINATELY.
It could be UTI (Urinary Tract Infection ) , Stones in the Kidney, Stone on the Bladder, Infection in the Kidney or the Bladder and Etc...
I would suggest you to go and talk to you doctor who will do a culture on your urine and some blood tests and also an ultrasound which will confirm the problem. We can only give you a suggestion but the Disgnosis will only be made by a Doctor.
But the first step is to call your Doctor for an Appointment.
GOOD LUCK and FEEL BETTER.

They don't sound related to each other. The blood in her urine is most likely a urinary tract infection. The blood in her phlem is probably just an irritated vessel in her lung from coughing. Why hasn't she seen a doctor? No health coverage? Have her drink lots of water and cranberry juice to help with her UTI. If she smokes she should quit to help the coughing. Or if she has a cold just wait it out and it should get better by itself. I'm not a doctor though, just a CNA, so don't take my advice! See a doctor for sure, if she doesn't get the uti taken care of it could spread to the bladder and eventually the blood stream which would not be good.

That could be caused by a UTI or kidney stones. I've had many of both. It isn't something to mess around with. I could have died of uremic poisoning from both kidneys being blocked by stones if I hadn't gone BACK to the ER and insisted they admit me. The blood is an early warning sign. Don't ignore it. If left untreated, stones can block your kidneys and eventually you could end up on dialysis. One of my urologists told me that. Even if it's a UTI, stones called 'struvite' stones are caused by UTIs, so get it looked at.

Maybe infection or kidney stone? I'm sure there could a lot of other reasons. I'd leave that up to a doctor to answer. There is something that is wrong for sure. Don't mess around with your kidneys, they are important to you.

You could have a burst capillary in uretha, or gonorohea. Perhaps a renal problem. See a doctor ASAP!
