Depends on the level of ceiling. If the ceiling is set above the current market price, it has no effect. If the ceiling is set below the current market price, quantity supplied decreases while quantity demanded increases. The end result is shortage.

if the government imposes a price ceiling on wheat that is lower then current price (with no government restrictions) there will be an excess demand for wheat and not enough supply. This will result in an inefficent allocation of wheat, and a bunch of pissed off farmers since they could have sold there wheat at equilibrum price (ie supply = demand) and made a lot more money, and to some extent the buyers of wheat would not be pleased either since some of them who really needed wheat and were willing to pay a higher price to get it would not get it, but someone else who needed wheat but would not be willing to pay a higher price for it would get all the wheat they needed.

if the government set a price ceiling higher then the current price nothing would happen.

If demand goes up, or supply rapidly decreases, the farmers will hate it.

Also, a price ceiling in either scenario will cause a wheat shortage.

It will have no effect on the floor (unless the government subsidizes wheat, as we currently do).

each and every cellular has DNA and it rather is consisted of two strands tightly woven around one yet another. the element that forestalls the two strands from breaking aside is named a telomeric cap (it is random nucleotide sequences referred to as nonsense codons. Codon is a three series of nucleotides that codes for amino acids eg. CUU is a amino acid referred to as proline . A nonsense codon is one that doesnt code for any amino acid production) each time your cells divide a small series is lost there with the help of lowering the steadiness of the cellular's DNA (in layman's words). this could at last lead do maximum of Ur cells' DNA transforming into volatile. and often whilst a mistake happens in DNA the cellular will carry out automobile cytolysis (cellular suicide) to avert issues. So once you're previous maximum of ur cells telomeric caps would be low and that they are services to die whilst they combat to divide.. Whats rather thrilling approximately this thought is the effect it has on evolution (through fact this happens on the two meiotic to boot as mitotic divisions. through fact of this a species grows previous too in the previous it mutates.. yet thats a various tale)
