My husband and I frequent this really good Chinese restaurant called the "Golden Wok" in our little Iowa town. Last night we got our takeout home and my husband noticed that the beef lo mein that he ordered tasted like and looked like pork. He gets this dish every time we go and knows how it should look, and it did not look or taste right. We took it back and the little chinese lady the runs the restaurant argued with us that it was beef and that we were wrong, no matter how much we told her that it wasn't right. Instead, after refusing to remake the dish or refund our money, she dumped the takeout box of food back into the wok and added more seasoning and soy sauce, then dumped it back into the original container.

My friend at work says that was against FDA regulations and should be reported to the health department. I am peeved enough that I am half-way tempted. Would what you suggest?

My parents divorced over 15 years ago. They were married for 10 years.

When she fills out forms she puts “Mrs. Smith”

She lived with me and my wife for 6 months and people would call the house asking for “Mrs. Smith”

I thought they were talking about my wife, but then I realized they were talking about my mom.

I told them there is only one “Mrs. Smith” and to not call my house for a “Mrs.” unless it’s for my wife.

My mom is almost jealous my wife is “Mrs. Smith” and tries to call herself the same.

Is this just plain weird? She has been divorced for YEARS, she has never remarried, so why does she think she is a wife?

And she is not in love with my father, he died a few years ago and she still talks bad about him.

I already know what a lot of the Haters will say: Corruption, greed, no integrity, drug/ alcohol users, a pawn for the “MAN”.

Why don’t thieves trust other people? It is because they think everyone else is like them! It goes for racist and Haters. Just because you are easily corrupted, greedy, have no integrity, use pounds of dope, and pawn for satan, does not mean everyone else IS!

The problem is that you cannot reason with a lot of these people. So let me ask the fence straddlers, what is it about law enforcement you hate?

I know we don’t like to be corrected when we are wrong or make a mistake; Ok I understand that but what is that you HATE about those who selflessly sacrifice themselves for others?

What do you do to make a difference in others lives? Are you willing lose your life to save others? Are you willing to help a neighbor in need?

I know their are bad officers! But the percentage is far less than that of the general public!

Also those who support Law Enforcement and the rule of law, Sound Off! SILENT MAJORITY NO MORE!

The time has come to liquidate my comic book collection. Unfortunately, my ex-wife has my old catalog and will not return it; an old Lotus Approach program anyways. Well I am upgrading to wife 3.0 and need cash for the wedding. So I am selling the comics. Problem is I haven't collected in like 7 years and have a slew of books (do ask how many, ' cause I don't know). I want to sell them all, but need to catalog and price them before sale.

I am already strapped for cash, so price is an issue.

Does anyone know a good program or website that can help me to catalog and price my comic books?
