To any religion out there: do you choose your religion based on how comfortable you are with it, because you were born with it, or because it just seems right? To those who have converted from one to another, were you scared to convert? To those who were born a certain way, are you not comfortable with opening your mind elsewhere, or do you think it's right because it's the only way you've seen things? Just a little curious.

My son uses a paci, watches TV, plays by himself alot, we live in an apartment so he doesn't get to play outside a whole lot....I just feel like I am doing everything wrong!

Any good and relatively cheap shoes? I've looked at Sauconeys, Converse so far, and their shoes seem fairly nice but I'm just looking for some recommendations. I'm not professional athlete, I just need decent workout shoes with white soles so I don't get kicked out of the fitness center. Ha! (Male)

So tomorrow I find out if I am actually pregnant. I told my ex when my period was late and I began to feel sick all the time he said "oh thats sad what do you want me to do about it?" I was just wondering if I should let him know what the DR. says. I mean he told me flat out he didnt care and that he wasnt coming back, but should that stop me from telling him anyway?

My one-year-old has seemed to hate getting diaper and clothing changes since birth. It makes us both hate having to change him. Does anyone have tips? We dread changes now; it feels like a battle. Otherwise, we have a good time and a very close relationship since I am his only parent. Unfortunately, though, it also means that I don't have support, emotional or otherwise. It's all the more frustrating because it's such a simple, common thing that HAS to be done, and doesn't even have to take that long (though it does 'cause of the wrestling... he literaly won't be still the whole time. I've really had to practice patience.).
I appreciate your help and good ideas!

I have just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis. So, I am new to this. I was just wondering if someone could please tell me the reason to why you get this disease and if it is anything that a doctor could give you to cure it? Will medication help this disease or will it just be a waste of time trying to take medication for it? I have been in so much pain for the last few weeks behind this illness and I am currently going to the therapist to do some exercises on the foot that is messed up. I was just wondering if I could get some kind of advice on this sickness and if there is somethinf I can do or get to help my siguation?

If you could give a person a choice between life and death (a loaded gun) most people would not pull the trigger? Why not? It's painless and if you do not believe in the afterlife then it's a means to an end, it solves your problems. It is inevitable anyway why not speed up the process? Only those blessed with a 'bigger heart than their ego' may answer, but of course this is open to the floor, so if one is to pick up scraps off the floor then one will. Lost you at 'if you could' therefore could never have you at 'hello'. Sorry, going to bed now.
