Mine is doing jumping jacks until I'm out of breath, every chance I get, including in the bathroom at work.

If your looking for a way to lose weight and gain muscle tone
Stomach crunches - as many as you can handle then add 10 more
squats - stand straight feet apart, bend knees til your butt is almost to the floor then stand up.. do these slowly. 30 - 50 a day
Stretches - keep your muscles limber, make sure your doing your back, neck, arms, and legs
Run. at least a mile every other day to start. burn calories and is good for your cardio... dont over do it ..if you start to feel the blood pounding in your ears STOP
See your physican before starting out any routine.. this is the most important step. Ive actually seen people drop dead from excercising because they had a heart condition they didnt know about.

Find a video exercise program of some kind of activity you like- yoga, pilates, aerobics, even striptease. For most, all you need is a mat (an old towel works) and maybe weights (oranges or grapefruits work just as well). If you can't get a video, walk or jog in your neighborhood. Take your dog, even. Many parks and malls have mile markers, or you can time yourself on a watch. If you have access to a college campus, you can use their facilities too.

buy some magazines or look in old magazines that you may have lying around the house or find at garage sales, there is usually always a workout plan in there with a couple ways to tone certain areas of the body. Another good thing to do is buy some workout videos you can find them at walmart for about $10-15, there is a wide varitey, walkinging aerobics, strip aerobics, yoga, pilaties, kickboxing, and even dance. make sure you eat heatthy also.
